Your venue has rules. Here, they finally get read.

Access windows, music curfew and site visits in writing for every wedding. Vendors arrive already knowing, and your team stops repeating it over the phone.

It’s 11:33 pm. And someone’s asking about June 14.

A couple wants to know if it’s free, how many fit, and whether the ceremony can be in the olive grove. Tomorrow you’ll check the office calendar, answer on WhatsApp, and on Monday your colleague will offer that same date to someone else. Hopefully not the same one.

Demand isn’t your problem: availability and house rules living in different heads is.

From forty phone calls to a calendar that rules.

Three steps and your house stops being run by shouting.

1
Your weddings, on one calendar

Every event at your venue with its date, its capacity and its owner.

2
Your rules, inside the wedding

Access, decibels and curfew written where the vendors see them.

3
Each trade, with its window

Flowers, catering and sound stop colliding at the loading bay.

On Saturday, every van at its own hour.

Each vendor’s access and set-up times get agreed in the event’s tasks, with you inside. Catering, flowers and sound stop meeting at the loading bay.

  • One window per trade. Written and accepted; not repeated on the phone five times.
  • Your rules, read. Music curfew and decibels, where they can’t be ignored.
  • Your team, aligned. Whoever opens the gate on Saturday sees what you see.

Every event held at your venue, with its dates, its visits and its contacts. The planner runs the wedding; you run your house. And 48 hours out, SofIA goes through Saturday with you.

  • One date, one event. No more “I think that weekend is taken”.
  • Site visits booked. With a time and an owner, synced to your calendar.
  • The weather, checked. If the ceremony is outdoors, you know before the couple does.

What other venues ask

Can I keep my own wedding calendar even when different planners bring them?+
Yes. Every event at your venue is your event, whichever planner brings it, or the couple directly. Your calendar stays one.
Do vendors see my rules and my windows?+
The ones on that wedding do: they see the tasks with their times and the house rules. They don’t see your other weddings or your rates.
Does it work if I hire out several spaces inside the estate?+
With the Booking module (€19/month) you run each location with its own calendar and availability; hall, garden and olive grove stop overlapping.
What if there’s no planner on the wedding?+
You create the event and invite the couple and the vendors. That’s the usual setup when your own team does the coordinating.
Can I invoice the hire from here?+
Yes, if you run your business in Hubents: quotes, invoices and the hash-and-QR record required by Spanish VeriFactu. And if you already invoice elsewhere, use only the events side.
