Connected advertising platforms (Meta)
Hubents lets you connect your own Meta (Facebook) advertising account so you can see and manage your campaigns from Hubents. This only happens if you choose to connect it.
- What we receive from Meta: the ad accounts and Facebook Pages you administer, your campaigns and their performance metrics (spend, impressions, clicks, results), and the advertising pixel attached to the ad account you select. We never receive personal data about the people who see or interact with your ads.
- What we store: only the identifier, name and currency of the ad account you selected. Campaign data and metrics are read live from Meta each time you open the module and are not copied into our database. Your Meta access credentials are held by our authentication provider, Composio, and are never stored by Hubents.
- What we send to Meta: if — and only if — you choose to build a custom audience from your Hubents contacts, the email addresses and phone numbers of the contacts you select are irreversibly hashed (SHA-256) on our servers before being sent. Plain contact details never leave Hubents. You remain the data controller for those contacts and are responsible for having a lawful basis to use them for advertising.
- What we never do: we do not sell this data, we do not use it for our own advertising, and we never combine it with the data of other Hubents customers.
- How to stop it: disconnect the integration in Settings → Integrations. Access is revoked immediately and the stored ad account reference is deleted. See Data deletion.
Our use of data obtained through Meta complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
Data retention
We will retain your data as long as:
- You are an active user of the platform.
- You do not withdraw your consent.
- Legal or contractual obligations require it.
After these periods, your data will be securely blocked and deleted. See Data deletion for account-deletion details and timelines.
