In compliance with the GDPR, any user of the Hubents app (developed by Hubents Tech SL) can delete their own account and personal data, on their own and at any time, directly from the app — no request or waiting required.
How to delete your account and data
You do it yourself in seconds: open Hubents, go to Settings → Account and tap Delete account. After you confirm, your account and personal data are permanently and immediately erased.
If you need help, or want to delete only some of your data (e.g. specific contacts or records) without closing your account, email hello@hubents.com from your account email and we'll take care of it.
Data that is deleted
When you delete your account, the following is permanently removed:
- Profile data: name and email address.
- In-app content: events, clients, contacts, tasks, notes and files.
- Payment and billing information linked to your account.
- Messages and communications handled within the app.
Data that is retained and for how long
- Your account data and personal content are deleted immediately when you confirm deletion in the app.
- Certain billing records may be retained for up to 6 years where required by tax and commercial law.
- Encrypted backups are purged automatically within 90 days.
Data obtained through Meta (Facebook)
If you connected your Meta advertising account to Hubents, you can disconnect it at any time in Settings → Integrations. Disconnecting revokes our access immediately and deletes the ad account reference we stored.
- Campaign data and performance metrics are never copied to our servers — they are read live from Meta — so there is nothing further to delete on our side.
- Deleting your Hubents account also removes the connection.
- Custom audiences you pushed to Meta live in your own Meta ad account, under your control. Delete them from Meta's Audiences manager.
To ask us to do any of this for you, write to hello@hubents.com from the email address associated with your account. We respond within 30 days.
